Need help choosing wall paint and chair rail color?

I am doing construction in my office and need help with choosing colors. The floors are cherry wood laminate. The doors will be beech veneer (darker). I want to paint the walls in two colors - darker buttom and lighter top, separated by a chair rail. What color should I paint and walls and what color should i choose for chair rails and base boards?

If you don't have any restrictions, go with your favorite color.. or something lighter to cheer you up when you walk in.. maybe a light shade of green on the upper half and just a few shades darker for the bottom half... then they will definitely coordinate since its the same color but it makes it interesting with different shades.
