Help with coefficients of friction in a thrust bearing?

was just wondering if you could help me regarding some coefficients of friction-as i keep finding contradicting values all over the internet.

i have a thrust bearing (one moving (2000rpm) and the other a washer which is sationary).

The materials will be steel on steel and alluminium on steel
They will be acting in a pressurised oil/lubricant ISO4113
They are both circular and the moving plate will be acted on by an axial force of 5 bar, ( hence will force the plates together and the lubricant/oil out

the main problem is i dont know the film thickness and whether or not the system will experiance hydrodynamic film/mixed film/dryfilm (this is what i am hoping to discover) hence i am not sure what value of CoF to take in each case and was wondering if anyone knew the values i would need to use. Hope you can help

Your textbook should give you a table of some basic Cof. Other charts give specific numbers of material on material. Basic rolling friction is around 0.3. So an oily metal on metal should be somewhere close.
