How do I get stereo sound from the front headphone jack on my PC?
My computer has 5 ports for audio.
HD Rear Audio out (Usual when I'm by my self w/ stereo)
Rear Mic input
Rear Midi Mixer input
front Mic input
front headphone jack (when others are around, has Mono)
Exactly how do I get the front head phone jack to out put full stereo sound instead of just Mono (I have to unplug the rear speakers otherwise there will be three channels of sound being output)?
(Assuming XP)
Control Panel > Sounds
In 'Volume' tab, under speaker settings, click advanced
Set the Speaker setup to 'Stereo heaphones'
