Analog Pen
Analog Pen

If Jesus wanted to be recorded perfectly, why not just come alive today, instead, with digital recording?
It seems silly to come in the bronze age, and rely on the "Holy word of God" to affect the pens of a dozen or so writers to make sure they write the right thing, THEN to affect the hand of the translator to translate them correctly, THEN to affect the hands of the people who put the Bible together to make sure the right books get in there.
It seems like a VERY tedious, and quite unbelievable, process for God to go through. It seems that, if He really wanted us to take everything literally to the word, He could have sent Jesus during the time of digital recording, instead (or even analog recording, heck) to ensure His words would never be altered.
It seems like all the evidence points to God not really caring whether the events were recorded perfectly or not, and more caring that the spirit of Jesus' teachings lives on.
P.S. A virgin birth in this day and age would made headline news for a month.
Even with digital recording, do you want to read the words in the first place ? the problem is not in the recording but in most human in this age, who wants to make himself God, and live in the selfish way, and too proud to admit the God creator.
But 2000 years ago, even with only the memory of a simple mind, the disciple could still rememer and record perfectly, because of the heart is right & willing.
