I Can't Run The Sims 3 HELP ME PLEASE!!!?

Right I got The Sims 3 ages ago but I had an other computer then now I have a new computer itz an Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Mini Series

I installed The Sims 3 then I ran it then a error message came up and it said
Unable to start game
Device0 cannot run this title.
No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware.
when this happened i went into pc world and i asked the guy if they had a graphics card and he said that the graphics card would not fit in a laptop
and i confused cause i have no idea what the hell a graphics card is
plz help me

You have a netbook which are not built to run most games. The Sims 3 is too demanding for your computer. Had to Google it, but your specs are:

Intel Atom
1 GB RAM
Intel GMA 950

The Atom is not powerful enough to handle the game. The GMA 950 is awful for gaming and you don't have enough RAM. The GMA is an integrated graphics unit, meaning it's built into the motherboard and can't be upgraded. In short, you can't run the game.
