What kind of ram to buy for my 3 year old Acer "Acerpower F2" computer?
My computer currently runs with one 256 mb DDR ram stick (i don't know how many mhz it is) and it just isn't fast enough. I want to buy another stick of memory but don't know what to buy. I tried a 1 gig DDR SDRAM and it wasn't compatible alone or with the other stick. The manufacturers website sucks. Can anyone help me?
The Acerpower F2 uses PC2100/2700 DDR RAM and the maximum you can install is 2X512MB for 1 GB.
